HOW IT WORKS
As part of our service, we offer a digital proofing service to ensure the detail, colour and dimensions of your packaging are exactly right, so you can go to print in complete confidence that your carton meets your requirements and fulfils your brand guidelines.
We can replicate or formulate custom colours, using the exact board, inks and coatings that will be used for your product, so whatever your materials, your colours are always consistent.

ACCURATE ONLINE PROOFS
We deliver our digital proofs via an online portal, for speed and accuracy. This method also enables full version control.
For colour checks, we can also offer colour swatches and printed proofs. Find out more about our sample service.

THE PROOFING PROCESS
As part of the proofing service, we will add our printers marks and colour bars, then we will step and repeat your design, laying a number of cartons out on a large sheet for reproduction onto a printing plate.
Once the plate layout is complete and your artwork is approved, our software images the design directly onto the printing plate using a laser. The die boards are then hand made by our in house experts who have been making die boards for over 20 years.
