LYALVALE EXPRESS DEBRIEF

Working closely with the graphical design team and Lyalvale’s management, we selected an increased caliper of material coated with high gloss UV varnish that not only gave the products better protection in the field – they also achieved maximum shelf presence.

Mindful of the ‘total pack cost’, we worked with various departments to ensure that maximum value was achieved for all aspects of the project. Machine trial samples and technical support were supplied to ensure that the cartons ran as efficiently as possible on a new fully automated packing line. Technical support was also provided to the design team to ensure that the final artwork could be replicated in bulk production at minimum cost, yet retaining the desired finish. A proofing exercise was conducted to ensure expectations were met and ensured that the final design was one that created a coordinated and eye-catching proposition for the consumer.

In working closely with all members of the supply chain – from art workers right through to the packers – we were able to ensure that all deadlines were met for the new range of packs.
